RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Tower Cigars, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

 

Cigars

If you are unsatisfied with a cigar purchase, simply return the remaining cigars within 30 days for a full refund of the unused portion. Please note that refunds are not issued for cigars that have already been smoked.

Accessories

All accessories are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. For defects or issues beyond 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

General Return Guidelines

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, box, or bundle

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
